Hello! I'm Vicki Yadav, Founder of Primary Steps and an Assistant Head Teacher and EYFS Leader, with over 10 years’ experience of teaching, leadership and governance.
I established Primary Steps during my maternity leave, recognising the lack of quality assistance, support, and information available to teachers.
With a background as a Lead Early Years Practitioner, providing guidance to educators in Early Years settings, I decided to leverage my expertise to assist teachers.
Through Primary Steps, I collaborate with a variety of specialists to develop courses aimed at helping teachers support their students' primary education, ensuring they get off to the best possible start.
